1. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds once:

  • The app has been successfully built and delivered.

  • Files have been generated and shared.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The app is not built at all, OR

  • The delivered app contains technical errors caused by us and cannot be resolved.

3. 7-Day Reporting Requirement

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The app contains issues, OR

  • The app has not been delivered.

Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for review.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Store rejection due to policy issues

  • Content-related violations

  • User misunderstanding of features

  • Delays caused by missing information

  • Hosting/domain issues (if self-managed)

  • Third-party service issues

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Permanent blacklist from future services
