1. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds once:

The app has been successfully built and delivered.

Files have been generated and shared.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided if:

The app is not built at all, OR
-
The delivered app contains technical errors caused by us and cannot be resolved.
3. 7-Day Reporting Requirement
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if:

The app contains issues, OR
-
The app has not been delivered.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for review.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Change of mind

Store rejection due to policy issues

Content-related violations
-
User misunderstanding of features

Delays caused by missing information
-
Hosting/domain issues (if self-managed)

Third-party service issues
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

Immediate service suspension
-
Permanent blacklist from future services
